EC-CUBE4で管理画面もサイトも見れなくなる。

【現象】

・EC-CUBE4で管理画面もサイトも見れなくなる
・/var/log/prod/内のログで以下のようなメッセージが出る。

不明
 

【対策】

/app/config/eccube/packages/framework.yamlの最終2行に

user_data:
base_path: '/html/user_data'

が追加されているのでコメントアウト（削除でもOK）する

【補足】

原因は調査中
最初プラグインをインストール・停止したら発生したと思ったが新規でEC-CUBE4インストール、プラグインインストールと停止したが発生せず。
